3. Orders & Pricing

- NURIYA reserves the right to adjust prices and correct errors or omissions on the website at any time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping within the Netherlands is €4.95.
- Orders placed before 22:00 CET are dispatched the next business day.
- Delivery times are estimates. NURIYA is not liable for minor delays caused by postal/courier services.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- Consumers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Hygiene & Safety Conditions: Due to hygiene standards and the nature of beauty accessories, returned items must be completely unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

- NURIYA products are crafted from 100% certified silk and require careful handling. Care instructions are provided with every order and on our website.
- Disclaimer: NURIYA cannot be held liable or responsible for any damage, discoloration, shrinkage, or altered product quality resulting from improper care, misuse, or failure to adhere to the provided washing and care instructions.
